主  讲：Richard Taffler, a Fellow of the CFA Society of the UK and Professor of Finance at Warwick Business School. His previous positions include the Martin Currie Chair in Finance and Investment at The University of Edinburgh Business School and professorships at Manchester Business School, Cranfield and Cass. As a leading authority on behavioural finance and investment, hehas published over a hundred academic and professional papers and books, and is frequently quoted in the media. As well as his work in behavioural finance, Professor Taffler’s extensive applied research interests cover market mispricing and theexploitation including the market’s inability to deal with bad news appropriately, investment management and fund manager skill, hedge funds, the marketing of financial services, the rolo gambling plays in financial markets and the impact of CEO overconfidence and narcissism on corporate decisions and the associated investment implications.

主 讲：Richard ,Jin, a Developmental Lecturer in Accounting & Finance at Lancaster University Management School and a visiting research fellow at Warwick Business School. Dr. Jin joined Lancaster in 2016 after the completion of his PhD in Finance from the University of Warwick. He holds MSc in Accounting and Finance from University of Bath and MRes in Finance from Lancaster University. Prior to his academic career, Dr. Jin was an investment analyst for two years in China. His research interests lie in the areas of Behavioural Finance and Empirical Asset Pricing and his current research focuses on professional investor strategy, behaviour and investment performance. He has presented his research at international finance conferences including FMA, EFMA, BFWC, RBFC.
