Time is flying, spring is slowly approaching and we are getting ready for a new round of student exchange! I am greatly looking forward to having your students with us at EBS in Fall term 2010 (August – December).
Our application process consists of the following three steps:
1. Nomination:
Our nomination and application period starts today. Please visit https://campusnet.ebs.de/ to enter your nominations. If you already sent me your nomination by email, please nominate them again online.
Deadline for nominations is 15 April 2010.
2. Online Application:
After you enter your nomination, your students will receive an email with login data to our online application form.
Deadline for submitting the online application is 01 May 2010.
3. Supporting Documents:
Please send us the following supporting documents for your students in hardcopy by express mail:
1. Current CV or resume,
2. 1 passport-sized photograph (originals please!!),
3. A copy of all university degrees/grade transcripts from the last 2 years,
4. Proof of health insurance valid in Germany for the entire stay at EBS,
5. Document “Declaration of Accession” to the EBS student body (available in download section of application system)
6. For graduate level exchange students (MBA or Master): TOEFL score of at least 93 points (ibt) or equivalent.
7. A certified copy of ID document:
· For EU-students: national ID card;
· For Non-EU-students: passport (photo and data page; needs to be valid for the entire stay in Germany!)
All documents must reach us before 01 May 2010!

- A guide for STUDENTS how to complete the online application (please forward this document to your nominated students).
